Absolutely outstanding Japanese dining experience at Shimizu in Paris! We ordered their spectacular sushi boat platter, and it exceeded every expectation. The sashimi was incredibly fresh—salmon, tuna and sea bream all buttery and melt-in-your-mouth. Nigiri and maki rolls were perfectly crafted, with well-seasoned rice and balanced fillings.
The presentation on the traditional wooden boat was stunning, ideal for sharing between friends. Service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere warm and cosy, a lovely escape in Paris. Every bite was full of flavour, great portion sizes too. If you’re craving authentic, high-quality sushi in the city, this spot is a must-visit. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Paris!
